You may identify him by his trademark mask and hoodie, yet behind the mysterious character is the Norwegian artist, DJ and producer Alan Walker. With more than 15 billion audio and video streams worldwide, and almost 40 million followers across social media, it is safe to say that the 21-year old has already put a lasting imprint on the music scene since he first made his mark a few years ago. Today, Alan Walker is one of the most in-demand and sought-after artists in the scene, and continuously one of the 100 most popular artists on Spotify. He has had an impressive run of more than 500 headliner and festival shows, including Coachella, Tomorrowland, Ultra Music Festival, Lollapalooza and more. In addition, he has supported global superstars such as Justin Bieber, Rihanna and Kygo. As his very first album “Different World” is due to be released at the end of 2018, Walker is ready to reach a whole new level in his career.


Different World is a campaign rooted in the reality of climate change and fueled by the idea that in the same way music gathers a vast community across borders, this community can be used for something purposeful and that together we can create change.

The campaign starts November 30th with Alan Walkers release of the single “Different World” accompanied by a lyric video displaying the very real issues of climate change. Alan Walkers debut album sharing the same title as the single, will be released December 14th and campaign elements following the release will include the encouragement of various initiatives to create change. The idea behind it all is that mundane actions can create a significant difference when done in a collective manner.
